Since 1999, Steve opened WestPac Lending a Savi Ranch Financial, Inc company where he created a more personal lending service that focused primarily on helping first-time buyers to one day buying their dream home. At WestPac Lending, we offer a large range of lending services from Purchase and Refinancing to Reverse Mortgages, NON-QM and Private Money. We handle all lending products for Single-Family homes to multiple types of investment properties.

We are mortgage bankers closing all loans in-house. To ensure timely closing we process all loans as if we are closing your home loan with underwriting done all steps of the way.
