Melissa now focuses on Fix & Flip loans, DSCR loans, Bank Statement programs, and other non-QM financing solutions. She enjoys helping borrowers and real estate investors explore loan options that may better fit their goals, property plans, and financial situation.

Outside of work, Melissa is an avid plant lover and gardener who enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. You can often find her at sporting events, festivals, or concerts, or out hiking, camping, and cycling whenever she can.
